Before you run off to Vegas or let Aunt Jackie take over, let 73-Productions take the weight and stress from your shoulders. Beyond merely stepping in and orchestrating your plan, our Wedding Planning Services begin at least 12 months before your wedding and includes unlimited meetings. We work together to discover YOUR vision and design style for décor, photography, and overall aesthetics. We work with you as part of your creative team. In addition to everything that is included in our coordination packages, we also include: *Design Board of Influences and Creative Inspiration. *73-Productions Planning Book with Photo MemoryPages *Vendor Referrals and Vetting. *Review and Negotiation of Contracts. *Budget Management and Tracking. *Attend Site Tours, Vendor Meetings, and Menu Tasting. *Provide an Assistant for Multiple Sites or Larger Events. *Provide a set-up and tear-down crew (for additional cost) *Coordinate Travel and Hotel Bookings for Out-of-Town Guests.
